At Country Door, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns and exchanges on most items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please read all of the details of our return policy below.


Returns are accepted on most items within 90 days of the original ship date. Some exclusions apply which are noted in the exclusions section below.

Once you have an RMA number, enclose it along with the completed Return Form in your return package. The Return Form can be downloaded on our website or requested from customer service.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original tags and labels still attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is not available, please use suitable replacement packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number in case the return package is lost or damaged in transit. Reimbursement for damaged returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it typically takes 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc. you may request one complimentary exchange per original order. Exchanges must be requested within 90 days of the original ship date.

To start an exchange, please contact customer service and provide your order details. They will assist with facilitating the exchange. You will need to return the original item along with a completed Return Form before the replacement item can be shipped. All policies regarding return shipping and item conditions apply to exchanges as well.

We are happy to exchange items, but if the replacement item is more expensive than the original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference.


Refunds for returned items will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it meets all return requirements.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase typically within 5-7 business days after the return is processed. For PayPal and credit card purchases, refunds will be issued to the same account. For check or money order payments, refunds will be issued via check mailed to the billing address on file.

Return Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Sale items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. We also reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or that otherwise appear fraudulent or suspicious.

Time Limit

Most items can be returned within 90 days of the original ship date. The exceptions are noted above. Returns or exchanges requested after 90 days generally cannot be accepted, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis within 6 months of purchase. Contact customer service regarding any late requests.

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, if items are missing from your order, or if you receive the wrong quantity of an item, please contact customer service immediately so we can make appropriate shipping corrections.

You may be asked to email photos of damaged or defective items to assist with assessing replacement options. We apologize for any errors or issues – our goal is to promptly correct shipping mistakes to your complete satisfaction.

How to Package a Return

Proper packaging is essential for ensuring safe transit of your return items. Please follow these packaging guidelines:

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are provided if unwanted items are returned according to policy guidelines within 90 days of delivery. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund – sale items marked final sale cannot be refunded.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return package reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection (typically within 5 business days of arrival) your refund will be processed. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days after the returned merchandise passes inspection.

After your return is processed and refund issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the refund details. If you don’t see the refund within 10 business days after receiving this email, please contact customer service for assistance.

Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a quality inspection when received to check for damages, defects, missing parts, tampering, or other return policy violations. We also verify that all items were purchased directly from Country Door and match what was listed on the Return Form.

If your return passes inspection, then your refund will be issued as outlined above. However, if inconsistencies are found or the return is not compliant for any reason, then no refund can be provided and the items will be returned back to you along with an explanation of why the return was found invalid. We reserve the right to decline a refund for non-compliant returns.
